Title : Interaction between institutional frame and corporate social resposiblity strategies

Abstract : Corporate social responsibility is the subject of the number of the research, due to turbulent changes in society and the environment. This research is focused on following areas: (i) impact of the formal and informal institutional frame to the quality of corporate social responsibility reporting, (ii) impact of the stakeholder orientation to the quality of corporate social responsibility reporting, (iii) impact of the industry and the country to the quality of corporate social responsibility reporting, and (iv) impact of the corporate social responsibility reporting to the corporate social strategy. In order to investigate the described areas, two comprehensive researches will be conducted. First research will be conducted based on the analysis of the published reports on corporate social responsibility of corporations in different countries (Germany, Austria, Sweden, Netherlands, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Croatia), with the goal to investigate the impact of different institutional and stakeholder frames in the countries in the sample to the social responsibility praxis of the corporations. Second research will be conducted based on the survey approach, on the sample of firms from above mentioned countries, with the goal to investigate impact of corporate social responsibility reporting to their corporate social responsibility strategy.
